Despite the rainy weather, our Brisbane In-House Information Night saw an engaged group of attendees keen to gain insights into strata compliance and by-law management. The evening was an opportunity for committee members, owners, and managers to better understand their responsibilities and how to navigate common challenges within their strata communities.
We were pleased to have HWLE as our guest speakers, providing expert legal perspectives on by-laws and compliance. Their presentation covered key issues, including enforcement, dispute resolution, and legislative updates, giving attendees practical knowledge to apply within their buildings.
Additionally, we introduced SSKB’s latest app feature – Breaches. This new tool simplifies the process of reporting and managing breaches, offering a more efficient way for committees and managers to uphold community standards. Attendees saw a live demonstration of the feature in action, showcasing its ease of use and effectiveness.
Despite the weather, the night was a success, with attendees leaving better equipped to manage by-laws and compliance in their communities. We thank HWLE for their valuable insights and everyone who joined us. We look forward to hosting more sessions to support and educate our clients.
