Role: Strata Manager 
Location: Tweed Heads (NSW Strata Licence required)

This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You will juggle multiple priorities and provide a high level of customer service, all while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Role: Client Solutions Consultant
Location: Gold Coast

Based in Bundall, we are looking for a customer service / administration professional to join the customer service team on a full-time basis. This opportunity isn’t your standard customer service role.  You will be liaising with owners living in body corporate communities by telephone and email.

Role: Assistant Community Manager
Location: Sunshine Coast

Join the team as an Assistant Community Manager (ACM) and support the day-to-day management of strata properties. Working alongside a Community Manager, you’ll assist in managing a portfolio by responding to client enquiries, preparing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and maintaining schedules. This role combines administrative support with client engagement, requiring strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent service.
