On the 19th of June, we gathered a wonderful group of women together for our Brisbane Women in the Industry High Tea — and what a beautiful afternoon it was.

With a fully booked room buzzing with energy, champagne flowing and beautiful food to share, the afternoon was everything we hoped it would be and more. Once again, ticket sales were generously donated to charity, a reflection of the incredible generosity and spirit of the women in our industry.

The afternoon was filled with warm conversation, laughter, and the kind of genuine connection that only comes when like-minded women come together. Guests had the opportunity to meet new faces and reconnect with familiar ones — a reminder of just how strong and close-knit our community truly is.

But beyond the beautiful setting and the delicious spread, what made this event truly special was the conversations that unfolded throughout the afternoon. Women shared openly and honestly about the challenges they have faced and the wins they have celebrated in an industry that can, at times, be tough to navigate. There was something incredibly powerful about being in a room full of women who truly get it — who understand the highs and the lows, and who show up each day with dedication, skill, and passion regardless.

Events like these are a reminder of why we do this. The strata industry is filled with remarkable women doing incredible work, and afternoons like this one give us the chance to celebrate that — together.
