The SSKB app
At the end of 2020, we launched the SSKB app with the mindset of wanting to free up the time of our Committee Members. We understand that our committee members and lot owners have busy lives. We made strata living simple with the SSKB app by giving you all of your strata needs in one simple location.

Voting outside of the Committee (VOC)
The SSKB App provides you with all the information you need at the swipe of a thumb, for example Voting Outside of the Committee (VOC).
It is important to note that there are many different terms used when discussing a vote outside of the committee meeting. It can often be referred to as a VOC, a V.O.C or a flying minute.
We now have the SSKB app which means we can load your VOC electronically. Committee Members simply logon to the app to vote. To access your VOC on the app, click on the committee hub, then on VOC, and it’s as simple as that!
Voting Outside of the Committee is one of the most common tasks conducted by Bodies Corporate. Now by including VOC on the SSKB app you can be more efficient, quicker and simpler to use.

Digital Forms
Our easy-to-use interactive forms are available on our website, just look under the state menu (QLD, VIC or NSW) to find the form you need. You can e-sign, submit forms and submit payments online, saving you time, money and giving you convenient 24/7 access. You will receive an email confirmation including a copy of the form submitted.

Click2Vote
Click2Vote is SSKBs latest innovation that makes voting fast, effortless and innovative. Clients of SSKB can vote on any device making your voting experience quick and easy. Simply just click to vote.
Owners that have an email address registered with SSKB will receive a link to our digital platform Click2vote when the email notice for the annual general meeting is sent. When you click on the link, it will prompt you to enter a pin. A one-time only pin will then be sent to your registered email address. Then all you need to do is simply Click2Vote for each motion. A summary of your responses will then be displayed allowing you to make any changes before submitting. Simple!
Live Chat
Today, people are constantly multitasking whether it be at work or home. SSKB has adapted our Client Solutions Team to better align with the busy lives of our lot owners. We have introduced a live chat function on our website to allow your questions to be answered instantly.
