Does every owner need their own charger? 

No. Depending on the building, shared charging stations, visitor charging or staged infrastructure may provide a more suitable solution. 

Can older apartment buildings support EV charging? 

In many cases, yes. While older buildings may require additional planning or staged upgrades, technologies such as dynamic load management have made EV charging more achievable than many people realise. 

Will installing EV chargers increase insurance premiums?
