Your SSKB APP

At the end of 2020, we launched the SSKB App. This was essential in helping give our Committee Members back more time. When it comes down to it most committee members and lot owners have busy lives and are juggling many responsibilities. Our SSKB app is one way we help make strata life simple by giving you all your strata needs at the touch of a button in one location.

Click2Vote:

Our latest digital innovation is Click2Vote. Click2vote is as effortless as it sounds. Committee members have the ability to vote on any device at any time, helping improve your voting experience. Simply just click to vote.

The only requirement is that owners have an email address registered.

Steps to Click2Vote for a registered owner:

1. Firstly, you will receive a link to our digital platform Click2Vote when the email notice for the AGM is sent,
2. Next, once the email is received you simply click on the link provided,
3. After, you will be prompted to enter a pin. This one-time only pin will be sent to your registered email address,
4. Then for each motion you simply Click2vote,
5. A summary of your responses will be displayed allowing you to make any changes before submitting.

Voting Outside of the Committee:

Another digital innovation that is an excellent value add for our clients is our VOC that makes their voting process a lot quicker, simpler, and more convenient. As Voting Outside of the Committee is one of the most common tasks conducted by Bodies Corporate, we need to make this process as efficient as possible for our clients.

Firstly it is important to acknowledge that there are many different terms that can be used when discussing a ‘vote outside of the committee meeting.’ It can be referred to as a VOC, a V.O.C or flying minute.

With the implementation of the SSKB App this means we can load your VOC electronically helping to make the process more simple and efficient. Committee members simply log on to the app to vote. To access your VOC on the app, click on the committee hub, then on VOC and it’s as simple as that.

Digital forms:

SSKB also provides easy to use interactive forms on our website. To find your corresponding form just look under the state menu. You can e-sign, submit forms and submit payments online, saving you time, money and giving you convenient 24/7 access. You will receive an email confirmation including a copy of the form submitted.
