Mario Esera is a Partner at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. He has practiced law for over 20 years and has specialised in body corporate law since 2011.
Mario is a member of the Australian College of Strata Lawyers and the Strata Community Association of Queensland. He regularly presents at their national conferences as a body corporate law expert.
Mario primarily acts for bodies corporate and their committees, but also acts for property developers, onsite caretakers and letting agents, and individual lot owners.

Peter is Chief Learning and Development Officer at SSKB. After a thirty 30 year career in private secondary education and in the tertiary sector, Peter joined SSKB in 2021. He is passionate about education, training and people development as well as enjoying being ‘hands on’ as a service provider for a number of SSKB contracted schemes. Peter has a Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Leadership, and works with all levels of staff at SSKB and Star BMS to assist them in offering the best possible service to our clients.

Peter has been with SSKB for the past 5 years and has won awards at SSKB for Strata Superstar and Innovation Icon. Peter is an experienced Body Corporate Manager who has been in the property industry for over 25 years and brings a wealth of experience to his portfolio, having run his own businesses within the Finance, Real Estate, Property and Building Management industries. Peter has experienced both sides of the strata world, actively participating on the committee of his own investments, both commercial and residential. Peter takes pride in building strong relationships and striving for the best outcomes for his communities.
