Daniel Herbert

Daniel joined SSKB as CEO in 2017 bringing with him a wealth of leadership and corporate experience. Prior to SSKB, Daniel held several positions with the Queensland Rugby Union including Head of Strategy, Chief Commercial Officer and Executive General Manager. 

Prior to his corporate career, Daniel was an international athlete and has transferred this high-performance ethos to the workplace. Daniel places an unrelenting focus on understanding and delivering on the needs of clients. Daniel has also served as Non-Executive Director of Rugby Australia since 2020 and was appointed Chair of the Board in November 2023.

 

Jamie Tim

Jamie Tim started with SSKB in 2015 as company accountant and has sinced progressed within the business being appointed as Group Financial Controller in 2023. Jamie has a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Accounting and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years experience. She started her accounting career in the KPMG Gold Coast audit team, working with a variety of companies, trusts and bodies corporate (including SSKB Clients).

Peter Todd

Peter is Chief Learning and Development Officer at SSKB. After a thirty 30 year career in private secondary education and in the tertiary sector, Peter joined SSKB in 2021. He is passionate about education, training and people development as well as enjoying being ‘hands on’ as a service provider for a number of SSKB contracted schemes. Peter has a Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Leadership, and works with all levels of staff at SSKB and Star BMS to assist them in offering the best possible service to our clients.

Jess Beckett

Jessica has been with SSKB since 2013 and manages some of Brisbane’s most complex schemes. Jessica’s diversified portfolio has led to her being knowledgeable in all areas of body corporate management, including the management of BMS and layered schemes. It is Jessica’s goal to provide personable and effective service as a Body Corporate Manager and her passion remains true to SSKB’s mission statement, “To make a positive difference in the lives of lot owners.”

Charlotte Divall

Charlotte Divall is a dedicated professional who strives to provide her portfolio with the highest level of service. With previous experience in property management, Charlotte has been with SSKB since 2008 and was appointed General Manager GC and NSW in 2017. Charlotte leads an energetic and professional team and has worked with large and complex portfolios. She works closely with her committees in achieving their financial goals and is legislation focused.

Brendan Edwards

Brendan Edwards has been with SSKB since July 2009 and the General Manager of the Sunshine Coast branch for the past 12 months. Brendan has over 15 years’ experience working in Hotels and Resorts with the last 4 years prior to starting with SSKB as a Resident Unit Manager in Brisbane and on the Sunshine Coast. Brendan has a unique understanding and perspective of many issues that bodies corporate encounter due to his time spent as a Resident Unit Manager. Brendan’s portfolio extends from Morayfield to Hamilton Island.

Tony Overell

Tony has 17 years of experience as an Owners Corporation Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the property and facilities management industries. Tony’s background in operations management, negotiation, building maintenance, dispute resolution, facility management (FM), and asset management assists results in a wealth of strata experience to the schemes he manages.

Bonita is the Client Solutions Team Manager working closely with an experienced team of professionals dedicated to assisting you with all enquiries.
