Mario Esera is a Partner at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers. He has practiced law for over 20 years and has specialised in body corporate law since 2011. He primarily acts for bodies corporate and their committees, but also acts for property developers, onsite caretakers and letting agents, and individual lot owners.
Mario’s main area of expertise is in relation to body corporate disputes, in particular:
disputes with onsite caretakers and letting agents;
building defects;
recovering unpaid levies from lot owners;
by-law enforcement; and
scheme termination.
Building Management Consultant | Star BMS
Chris is a Brisbane native with 35 years of experience in facilities management. He has been with Star BMS as a Building Management Consultant since 2009. He has held executive and consulting positions within property management groups as well as direct operational roles in a variety of strata buildings in Australia and overseas. Chris’ experience extends to providing expert building management and compliance advice.
