Depending on which payment system your body corporate/owners corporation is using – Stratapay or DEFT– you may choose any of the options listed on the deposit slip at the bottom of your Contribution Notice.
Cash or debit card at Australia Post
BPay through your nominated bank account
Online with a
credit card
(note, there will be fees associated with using a credit card)
If you are overseas, or wish to use direct debit facilities, you can set this up from your nominated bank account by requesting a direct debit form, completing your details and forwarding to either Stratapay or Deft.
StrataPay payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Simply go to www.stratapay.com.au or call 1300 55 23 11 (from overseas 61 7 5575 7422) to pay by phone.
DEFT Payments can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Simply go to www.deft.com.au or call 1300 30 10 90 to pay by phone. The DEFT help desk is available on 1800 672162.
