I started working with SSKB five and a half years ago at the Sunshine Coast office. I have been working with SSKB the whole time I have been in the Strata industry.
Originally, I was employed as an Assistant Community Manager before being offered the role of Community Manager in February 2017.
Since becoming a Community Manager, I have strived to deliver 5-star service to my clients and go above and beyond with clients to meet their needs. I continue to learn new things every day to be able to service my clients better.
Since becoming a Community Manager with SSKB I have retained 99% of buildings in my portfolio. This has allowed me to build strong working relationships with my clients which is one of the most rewarding aspects of the job. I also really enjoy assisting people in their queries and providing them a suitable outcome from that query.
As a Community Manager, I’ve had to learn all appropriate legislation and previous history for each of the Buildings in my portfolio. This was certainly challenging at times, especially when I was new to the role. Through the assistance of my colleagues and through hard work, I was able to learn everything that was required for the role and have been able to put it all into practice over the past few years.
I am looking forward to continuing to learn more about the Strata Industry. My focus for 2020 will be to learn techniques that will assist me to be more efficient in my role.
I recently got engaged, so maybe a wedding is on the horizon! My son is also in his last year of Primary School, and my daughter is starting a new school this year – so that will be fun! We have a few quick trips away planned, which is exciting!
