Community Spirit is Alive at Republic Tower

Community Spirit is Alive at Republic Tower

One of the Melbourne Schemes managed by SSKB have showed they have got some hardcore community spirit during the COVID-19 pandemic!

Republic Tower is a striking 35 storey building located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD. Residents have shown true community spirit by working together for the benefit of all residents.

Republic Tower have multiple volunteers sanitising their lift buttons, handrails and other frequently touched surfaces to minimise the spread of the virus and protect all residents. This is outside of the building managers role however, multiple residents are coming together to ensure the building is sanitised and safe from germs.

Regulations are in place by the Government requiring people to stay at home to self-isolate if you have COVID-19, you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or you have returned to Australia from an overseas destination. All of these measures have been implemented to prevent the possible spread of the virus with other people.  Republic Tower have a plan in place to have volunteer owners take up deliveries and groceries to people who can’t leave their home because they’re such high risk. This allows residents who are required to self-isolate to comply with regulations while still being able to receive essential deliveries and food.

At SSKB we promote positive communities and are proud to work with such an active and positive community. One of the benefits of community living is that you are surrounded by many neighbors and in times like now, we encourage you to come together to help each other.

At SSKB we have been making positive differences in the lives of our lot owners for over 25 years. If your Body Corporate/Owners Corporation is not supporting you during this time, click here for an obligation free discussion today.
