Winter is a wonderful time to turn thoughts towards home and hearth – it’s also a great excuse to get to know the neighbours and enjoy a shared meal together.
Best of all, these dishes are all simple, one-pot meals which also saves on the washing up.
If you’re the outgoing type you might like to hold a pot luck dinner party in your apartment and invite the people next door (and that includes those living above and below you too.)
You can also make getting to know the neighbours a moveable feast by enjoying a progressive dinner part with each course served in a different unit – with the advantage of not having to go too far to get home.
We’ve collected a couple of our favourite recipes at SSKB.
