Chief Strata Officer A New Role For Kim

SSKB is delighted to announce the promotion of Brisbane General Manager Kim Fenton to Chief Strata Officer, a newly created position within SSKB.

According to CEO of SSKB, Mark Roy, the new position is unique in the industry.

“SSKB has experienced outstanding growth over the past couple of years and as a result, we’re looking at additional ways to provide excellent service to our communities as well as support our community management teams,” he said.

“Kim’s professionalism is recognised throughout the industry, especially in Brisbane where she heads up undoubtedly the city’s most successful and professional team of Body Corporate managers. Not only is she is an outstanding Body Corporate manager with a wealth of experience, knowledge and substantial client relationships but she is also an influential role model to her peers. We are excited at the prospect of her mentoring our community managers in each office across Australia.”

Ms Fenton will continue to manage her portfolio in addition to her new responsibilities.
