Meet The Team: Katie from Client Solutions


SSKB has an extensive team of people to help you manage your strata investment. This month we’d like to introduce you to the Client Solutions team.

In addition to your community manager and assistant community manager, SSKB lot owners have access to our expert Client Solutions team who are on hand to deal with general enquiries. They are just a phone call away on +07 5504 2000.

Let’s meet Katie.

Tell us about your typical day.

A typical day for Client Solutions involves fielding queries by phone calls, emails and in person. Common enquiries involve preparing certificates, processing the mail, receipting levies, and searches – the list goes on.

What are the most common question/enquiries your team receives?

Definitely levy, arrears and roll enquires.

If you could let SSKB lot owners know about one thing, what would it be?

We have an online portal that has your account details and other important documents pertaining to your Body Corporate.

What do you enjoy most about working at SSKB?

The team I work with are terrific people. We have a lot of fun and it’s really satisfying when we can help people with their enquiries.

What is your favourite out-of-work activity or hobby?

A few of my favourites at the moment are spending time at the beach, gym and shopping.
