Important Notice to QLD Bodies Corporate with Shared Pools

All shared pools must be certified by 30 November 2012.

If you do not have a safety certificate, you should urgently consider having a pool safety check carried out.

You should ensure there is sufficient time for any necessary works to be conducted as well as a secondary inspection before the deadline.

Properties that already have their safety certificate please keep in mind that the law indicates you must have the certificate mounted at the opening to the pool or building in a prominent position.
